Private Waterfront Villa
The villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with a full dining room, living room, and fully stocked kitchen. The pool is semi-private with the understanding that it's shared with the Pasa Tiempo hotel guests. There is a 3 night minimum with preferably Saturday check in and check out. We require the fee to be paid at time of booking and a security deposit of $1,000 with a 30 day cancellation policy. Rates for the villa are $400/night out of season May 1st - Oct. 31st and $500/night in season Nov 1st - April 30th plus a $25 amenity fee per week.
