The Villa at Pasa Tiempo is adjacent to the Bed & Breakfast Resort, on beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. This 1,700 sq. ft. gem is approximately one hour from Busch Gardens and 2 hours from Disney World. Half day and full day fishing trips, jet-ski rentals, golf and tennis are all just a few minutes away. A variety of shopping and fine dining of various assortments is all within close proximity. This is a special destination for the discerning visitor who expects the finest in a luxury vacation rental.

Vacation Rental Rates

  • January – May: Week: $2,600
  • June – September: Week: $2,400
  • October – December: Week $2,500
Monthly rates available upon request.

Cleaning fee: $100/week.  Mid-week maid service included. Additional cleaning available for a fee.  Please add 12% taxes.  Rates are subject to change without any notice until reservations are confirmed.

Payment Policies

A security deposit to secure dates of $1,000 is due upon booking. 50% due thirty days prior to arrival with balance due ten days prior to arrival date. The security deposit will be returned within ten days of departure. Liability for damages is not limited to the amount of the deposit.

Cancellation Policies

  • No refunds on cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date. Security deposit as well as the 50% balance paid will be forfeited.
  • You must be 30 years or older to rent this property.
  • Parties or special events not allowed.
