Make your reservation at Pasa Tiempo Private Waterfront Resort today!
Minimum Stay: A three-night minimum stay may be required during certain times of the year.
Cancellation policy: Varies from 7 days (regular reservations), 15 days (special offers), 30 days (holidays and rooms booked more than 60 days in advance). One night's deposit will be charged to your credit card when making a reservation. Deposit will be forfeited if reservations are cancelled with less than specified cancellation policy. Pasa Tiempo Private Waterfront Resort will specify on your confirmation letter the notice required. For reservations of two weeks or longer, a deposit of $500 must be received when making the reservation. Full payment is due on arrival. A 30-day cancellation notice is required. For cancellations less than 30 days, full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
Children: Although children are a joy to behold, Pasa Tiempo Waterfront Resort is an all-adult facility (21 and over).
Pets: We all love pets, but Pasa Tiempo Waterfront Resort is not an appropriate place for them.
Smoking: Pasa Tiempo Waterfront Resort is a smoke-free environment. No smoking is permitted in our rooms, suites, or any of our outdoor facilities.
Form of Payment: We accept Visa, American Express, and Master Card to secure your reservation. You may use your credit card or pay by cash or travelers checks at check-in.
Confirmation: A confirmation letter will be faxed or emailed to you after we confirm the availability and receive your credit card information.
Check-in and Check-out times: Our check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time will be at 12 noon. Late arrival time may be arranged with advance notice. A late check-out is possible in special circumstances, but may require payment of a half-day rate. Please check with us in advance.
Visitors: Pasa Tiempo Private Waterfront Resort is a Florida private resort, so we request that you let us know in advance if you wish to invite visitors. Keep in mind that we take into consideration all our guests' privacy prior to granting visitor passes. We offer guided tour of the property, whenever possible. Please contact us in advance to schedule a guided tour. |
