Reservation Policies

Minimum Stay:
From December 28 through May 31, a three-night minimum stay is required. From June 1 through December 27, a two-night minimum stay is required. During certain periods, exceptions to these minimum stays may be accepted.
Cancellation policy:
Varies from 7 days (regular reservations), 15 days (special offers), 30 days (holidays and rooms booked more than 60 days in advance). Please be advised that a one night deposit will be charged to your credit card if you fail to give the required advance cancellation notice. Pasa Tiempo Bed & Breakfast Resort will specify on your confirmation letter the notice required. Please notice: a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Children:
Although children are a joy to behold, Pasa Tiempo Bed & Breakfast Resort is an all-adult facility (21 and over).
Pets:
We all love pets, but Pasa Tiempo Bed & Breakfast Resort is not an appropriate place for them.
Smoking:
All our rooms and indoor facilities are non-smoking, but our smoking guests will find ashtrays scattered in outdoor areas where smoking is permitted.
Form of Payment:
We accept Visa, American Express and Master Card to secure your reservation and for Gift Certificate purchases. You may use your credit card or pay by cash or travelers checks at check-in.
Confirmation:
A confirmation letter will be faxed or emailed to you after we confirm the availability and receive your credit card information.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Our check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time will be at 12 noon. Late arrival time may be arranged, please let us know in advance. A late check-out is possible in special circumstances, but may require payment of a half-day rate - please check with us in advance.
Visitors:
Pasa Tiempo Bed & Breakfast Resort is a Florida private resort, so we request that you let us know in advance if you wish to invite visitors. Keep in mind that we take into consideration all our guests' privacy prior to granting visitor passes. We offer guided tour of the property, whenever possible. Please contact us in advance to schedule a guided tour.
